- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Coat each chicken thigh in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle hot honey over the chicken thighs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can double coat the chicken by repeating the egg and breadcrumb steps.
