- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or use spicy cheese.
