- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the ricotta mixture evenly over each piece.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
