Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
