  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into nugget shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
