Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with honey, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, gently toss the blackberries with balsamic vinegar.
- Spread a generous amount of whipped ricotta on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top with the balsamic blackberries and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a sweeter version, add more honey to the ricotta.
