Description

A delicious and healthy recipe featuring chicken breast marinated in balsamic vinegar, served with fresh spinach and tomatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in balsamic vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until the spinach is wilted and the tomatoes are softened.
  6. Slice the chicken and serve it over the spinach and tomatoes.
