Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
