Description

A delightful and easy-to-make cake that combines the flavors of banana and magic in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool before serving.
