- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the mashed bananas and lemon juice into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
- Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Serve with fresh banana slices or chocolate shavings on top.
