Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate or white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Mix the crushed vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, and melted butter until combined.
- Gradually add milk and stir until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until well incorporated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until it’s firm enough to scoop.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or over a double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Add sprinkles on top for decoration before the chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
