- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place in the skillet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
