Description

Irresistibly flavorful, these Bang Bang Chicken Thighs feature tender meat coated in a creamy, spicy sauce, making them a perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and place in the skillet. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Marinate the chicken overnight for maximum flavor. Ensure the oil is hot enough for frying to achieve a perfect golden crust.
