Description

Delicious meatloaf bombs stuffed with melty cheddar and crispy bacon, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand.
  5. Place a tablespoon of cheddar cheese and a few pieces of bacon in the center.
  6. Wrap the meat around the filling and shape it into a ball.
  7. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  8. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Brush the tops with BBQ sauce.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the meat mixture.
  • Serve with additional BBQ sauce for dipping.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
