Delicious meatloaf bombs stuffed with melty cheddar and crispy bacon, perfect for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a tablespoon of cheddar cheese and a few pieces of bacon in the center.
- Wrap the meat around the filling and shape it into a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the meat mixture.
- Serve with additional BBQ sauce for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
