Description

A delicious and healthy recipe for salmon bites, perfect for a spring dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the salmon pieces in the sauce mixture.
  4. Roll the coated salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
