- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon pieces in the sauce mixture.
- Roll the coated salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
