Delicious and easy-to-make BBQ cheeseburger sliders perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and diced onions.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, brush BBQ sauce on each patty and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Remove the patties and place them on slider buns.
  7. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
