Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped bell peppers or garlic
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine in a large bowl the ground beef, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Brush additional BBQ sauce on the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
