Description

A delightful twist on traditional meatloaf, infused with BBQ sauce for a sweet and smoky flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped bell peppers or garlic


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine in a large bowl the ground beef, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Brush additional BBQ sauce on the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or salad.
