Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed spring vegetables (like bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the mixed spring vegetables and cook until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked udon noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
