- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the elbow macaroni and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
