Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mixed berries until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the berry cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
