A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu dessert featuring fresh berries and creamy mascarpone.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee.
  3. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the mascarpone layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and berries.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Feel free to mix different berries based on your preference.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
