A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu dessert featuring fresh berries and creamy mascarpone.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee.
- Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and berries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Feel free to mix different berries based on your preference.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
