Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine rolled oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the oats are cooked to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
