Description
A creative twist on traditional lasagna using ramen noodles, perfect for spring.
Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the ramen noodles, half of the beef mixture, and half of the ricotta mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
