Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Add the torn croissant pieces to the egg mixture and gently fold until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
