Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ⅓ cup minced onion
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for crust)
  • Big Mac sauce:
    • ½ cup mayo
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 2 tsp sweet relish
    • ½ tsp garlic powder
    • ½ tsp onion powder
    • A dash of smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out dough and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds around the edge.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion powder, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread about ½ cup of Big Mac sauce over the dough, stopping 1 inch from the edge.
  4. Layer cheese, beef, minced onions, and pickles over the sauce.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. After baking, top with shredded lettuce and drizzle additional sauce if desired.
