- ½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- ⅓ cup minced onion
- ½ cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for crust)
- Big Mac sauce:
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp sweet relish
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- A dash of smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll out dough and place on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush crust with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds around the edge.
- Brown ground beef with onion powder, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Spread about ½ cup of Big Mac sauce over the dough, stopping 1 inch from the edge.
- Layer cheese, beef, minced onions, and pickles over the sauce.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- After baking, top with shredded lettuce and drizzle additional sauce if desired.
