Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the special sauce.
  4. Layer the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the cooked beef mixture over the buns.
  6. Add chopped pickles and slices of cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
  8. Spread the special sauce over the top of the buns.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy your Big Mac Sliders!
