Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to create the sauce.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked beef mixture on the buns, followed by pickles and cheese slices.
  6. Spread the sauce over the cheese and top with the other half of the buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
