Description

Delicious mini burgers inspired by the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties or a fun family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with diced onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the patties are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to create the sauce.
  6. Once the patties are done, place them on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  7. Add a slice of cheese on each patty, followed by chopped pickles.
  8. Spread the sauce on the top half of the buns and place them on top of the sliders.
  9. Place the assembled sliders in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Feel free to customize the toppings with lettuce or tomatoes.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
