Delicious mini burgers inspired by the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties or a fun family meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices of American cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with diced onions, salt, and pepper.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until browned and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to create the sauce.
- Once the patties are done, place them on the bottom half of the slider buns.
- Add a slice of cheese on each patty, followed by chopped pickles.
- Spread the sauce on the top half of the buns and place them on top of the sliders.
- Place the assembled sliders in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings with lettuce or tomatoes.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
