Description

Delicious mini burgers inspired by the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Pickles, for topping
  • Lettuce, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the special sauce.
  4. Layer the cooked beef on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  5. Add a slice of cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Spread the special sauce over the cheese.
  7. Add pickles and lettuce on top.
  8. Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
  9. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
