Delicious mini versions of the classic fast food favorite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the special sauce.
  4. Layer the cooked beef mixture on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  5. Add chopped pickles and a slice of cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  8. Serve warm with extra special sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Feel free to add lettuce and tomato for extra freshness.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
