Instructions

  7. Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  11. Top with cherry pie filling and dark chocolate shavings before serving.
