A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast quesadilla filled with fresh blueberries and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the fresh blueberries and mozzarella cheese over one of the tortillas.
- Top with the second tortilla, cream cheese side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the quesadilla for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
- For added sweetness, drizzle with extra honey before serving.
- Feel free to substitute with other berries if desired.
