  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warmed milk, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, blueberries, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough and roll it up tightly.
  8. Cut the rolled dough into equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
  9. Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
