Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then spread blueberry jam on top before serving.
