Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle and top with a few blueberries.
  5. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture.
