Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm, then stir in yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.

- Add the yeast mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes.
- Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
- Once cooled, fill the donuts with pastry cream and dip the tops in chocolate glaze.
