- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces Boursin cheese (or garlic and herb cheese)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the chicken breasts flat in a baking dish.
- Spread Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Combine breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken and cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
