Description

A comforting and decadent Boursin Chicken Bake featuring tender chicken breasts layered with creamy Boursin cheese and topped with a crispy breadcrumb mixture.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces Boursin cheese (or garlic and herb cheese)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the chicken breasts flat in a baking dish.
  3. Spread Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken and cheese.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
