- 1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit (berries or sliced bananas)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and separate them into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Add a few pieces of fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the crescent rolls from the wide end to the point, sealing the edges.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
