- 1 shot of espresso (about 1 oz – freshly brewed)
- 4 oz of steamed half-and-half
- Optional: Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
- Optional: Sugar, honey, or sugar-free syrup
- Optional: Splash of vanilla or almond extract
Instructions
- Brew 1 shot (or double) of strong espresso using your preferred method.
- Steam 4 oz of half-and-half using a steam wand or warm and froth it manually.
- Pour espresso into a warmed mug, then slowly add steamed half-and-half.
- Finish with cinnamon, vanilla, or enjoy it plain.
Notes
For a diabetic-friendly version, use monk fruit, stevia, or erythritol-based sweeteners and low-carb half-and-half alternatives.
