- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the sourdough bread into a grid pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff the Brie cheese pieces into the cuts of the bread.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the bread.
- Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the top.
- Brush the melted butter over the entire loaf.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
