  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the sourdough bread into a grid pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Stuff the Brie cheese pieces into the cuts of the bread.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary over the top.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the entire loaf.
  7. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
