Description

A comforting and cheesy chicken casserole packed with broccoli, perfect for springtime meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
