Instructions

  3. Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, and paprika, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the cooked chickpeas, uncooked rice, and vegetable broth to the pot.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the rice is cooked, about 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
