- 1 package of brownie mix
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, whipped cream, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the cream mixture over the cooled brownies.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure the brownies are completely cooled before adding the cream layer.
- This cake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
