- ½ cup fruit preserves (strawberry or apricot)
- ¼ cup honey
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- 1 bottle chilled sparkling wine (Prosecco, Champagne, or Cava)
- 2 cups chilled orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
- Orange slices or berries for garnish
Instructions
- Place pastries on a large serving board or platter, grouping similar varieties together for visual cohesion.
- Arrange assorted fruits around the pastries, filling gaps and creating a vibrant, colorful presentation.
- Place dollops of clotted cream or mascarpone and fruit preserves in small bowls with serving spoons.
- Pour honey into a separate small bowl and position on the board.
- Crown the arrangement with fresh mint sprigs for color and aromatic appeal.
- Pour sparkling wine into champagne flutes filling halfway.
- Top each with orange juice and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with orange slices or fresh berries.
