Description

A delicious and fresh pasta dish topped with bruschetta and grilled chicken.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the tomato mixture with the cooked pasta.
  4. Top the pasta with sliced grilled chicken.
  5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
