- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the tomato mixture with the cooked pasta.
- Top the pasta with sliced grilled chicken.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
- Can be served warm or cold as a pasta salad.
