- 8 oz pasta (any type)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the provolone cheese.
- Top with the remaining cheese and cover until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
