Delicious and spicy Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs, perfect for a party or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chopped bacon.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each triangle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.
