  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer tortilla chips in the Bundt pan, creating a circular base.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips.
  4. Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  5. Layer the remaining tortilla chips and top with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the nachos from the Bundt pan and place on a serving platter.
  9. Top with sour cream, cilantro, and diced avocado before serving.
