- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer tortilla chips in the Bundt pan, creating a circular base.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chips.
- Add a layer of black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, cheese, beans, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Carefully invert the Bundt pan onto a serving platter to release the nachos.
- Top with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped cilantro before serving.
