Description

Delicious and fun Bunny Oreo Balls perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • White chocolate, for coating
  • Pink candy melts, for decoration
  • Mini chocolate chips, for eyes
  • Green candy melts, for grass (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper and let them set.
  8. Once set, melt the pink candy melts and use them to create bunny ears on top of each ball.
  9. Use mini chocolate chips to create eyes on the bunny balls.
  10. If desired, melt green candy melts and drizzle them around the base for a grass effect.
