- 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- White chocolate, for coating
- Pink candy melts, for decoration
- Mini chocolate chips, for eyes
- Green candy melts, for grass (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper and let them set.
- Once set, melt the pink candy melts and use them to create bunny ears on top of each ball.
- Use mini chocolate chips to create eyes on the bunny balls.
- If desired, melt green candy melts and drizzle them around the base for a grass effect.
