Description

A delicious and healthy twist on traditional burgers, served in a bowl with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top.
  4. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
