Delicious and magical Butterbeer Cheesecake Jars inspired by the Harry Potter series.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Extra butterscotch sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, butterscotch sauce, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the jars.
- Drizzle extra butterscotch sauce on top of the cheesecake layer.
- Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
- For a stronger butterscotch flavor, add more butterscotch sauce to the cheesecake mixture.
- These jars can be made a day in advance for convenience.
