Description

Delicious and magical Butterbeer Cheesecake Jars inspired by the Harry Potter series.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Extra butterscotch sauce for drizzling


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, butterscotch sauce, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  6. Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the jars.
  7. Drizzle extra butterscotch sauce on top of the cheesecake layer.
  8. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
